EZkeeper ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use our AI-powered money management application, including via WhatsApp integration, web app, and mobile app (collectively, the "Service").
We collect the following types of data: • Account data: name, email address, and authentication details from Google sign-in. • Financial data: transactions, receipts, categories, budgets, and expense records you enter or submit via WhatsApp. • WhatsApp data: your WhatsApp phone number and messages sent to our assistant for transaction processing. • Usage data: AI token consumption, feature usage, and device/browser information. • Optional data: family member details, business profile information, and company data you choose to provide.
Your data is used to: • Process and categorize your financial transactions automatically. • Provide AI-powered tax deduction analysis and financial insights. • Enable WhatsApp-based transaction entry and receipt scanning. • Generate tax reports, invoices, and financial summaries. • Manage your subscription tier and token usage. • Improve our AI models and service quality. • Send service notifications and account alerts.
Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers provided by our platform infrastructure. We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. Access to your personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only and is protected by role-based access controls. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider — we never store your full card details.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: • Stripe (for payment processing) — as needed to process your subscription. • AI service providers — to power transaction categorization, receipt scanning, and tax analysis. • Your authorized family members or business partners — only data within shared groups you create. • Legal authorities — only if required by law or valid legal request.
When you use our WhatsApp integration, messages you send to the EZkeeper assistant are processed to extract transaction information. Message content may be stored temporarily for processing and quality improvement. Your WhatsApp number is used solely to link transactions to your account and enable the assistant service.
You have the right to: • Access the personal data we hold about you. • Request correction of inaccurate data. • Request deletion of your account and associated data. • Export your financial data. • Withdraw consent for data processing at any time. We retain your financial data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, transaction records may be retained for up to 90 days for audit and legal compliance purposes, after which they are permanently deleted.
Our web application uses essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
